After spending a few years as a spectator to the real estate investor market, we finally took the plunge and decided to get our pockets dirty. If you have ever watched the TV show “Flip This House,” you’ll understand why Tricia was a little nervous. However, her fears were completely unfounded because it turns out that Troy is a MASTER Flipper!!
