Although the winter has been pretty mild, we still felt we needed to experience a week of summer-like weather. For Tricia’s un-Birthday/Spring Break, we boarded the Carnival Splendor and sailed out of Long Beach, CA. We had a fantastic week enjoying the spa area of the ship (unlimited access to the spa’s thermal suite and Thalassotherapy pool) and exploring on foot the off-road trails and side streets of Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Cabo San Lucas. The trip was reminiscent of our first honeymoon cruise on a Carnival ship and extremely relaxing and enjoyable.
